What Is Fronto?
Fronto is an Android mobile app that allows you to earn rewards just by waking up your phone. Just swipe. That’s it! You will discover rewards and interesting articles on your lock screen. Swiping right, as always, will lead to your home screen. Swiping left will take you to a mobile webpage or to Google Play depending on the type of card shown on your lock screen.
HOW MANY REWARDS DO I EARN PER ONE SWIPE?
Basically, you can earn small amount of Daily Bonus Points just for using Fronto. It will show up on your lock screen randomly so make sure to keep turning on Fronto Lock Screen. Additionally, you will be able to find higher points from time to time. Those opportunities will be gone soon so please swipe left to earn big rewards! You can expect to receive anything from a penny to two dollars.
what can i do with the rewards points?
Currently, Fronto offers Amazon.com Gift Card and Paypal cash out. Go to 'Redeem' → 'Gift Card Shop' to buy Amazon.com Gift Card. If you want to cash out, please go to 'Transfer with Paypal'. Please note that international Paypal transfers are not available. Fronto only supports the US users at the moment. More redeem options are coming. Get excited! After redeeming your rewards, you can check your purchased ones in 'My Stuffs'.
WHY DOES SOME OF THE CARDS COME WITHOUT REWARDS?
Fronto is currently in early stage and as more people use the app, more sponsored contents will become available. If you previously participated in the same sponsored promotion, new rewards won’t be earned. Some promotions might have other special restrictions such as completing certain actions. So, please be sure to read any pop-up messages or notifications carefully.
I DIDN'T GET REWARDED! WHAT'S GOING ON?
There are several reasons why you didn't get rewarded. If the offer was from Earn More, please reach out to the offer wall provider directly. Unfortunately, Fronto doesn't have access to their customer support systems so there is no great way Fronto can help you. Please report your missing rewards to their customer support centers. There is a link where you can report issue and track status. If you believe Fronto didn't get you rewarded, please email at firstname.lastname@example.org as always.
LANDING PAGE ISN'T OPENING AFTER SWIPING LEFT
There are several reasons why landing page isn't shown. The quick fix is to delete data and cache of your browser such as Chrome and Firefox. Go to ‘Settings’ in your Android phone (not Setting in Fronto) → 'Apps' → Choose your main browser → 'Storage' → 'Clear Data' and 'Clear Cache'. Or, the page or the ad just might have been inactive. If so, please just choose 'Not Interested' after swiping left. You won't see the same card anymore.
THE PAGE SAYS 'THE LINK IS BROKEN'. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
There is an easy fix for that. Just log out and log in Fronto again. That will resolve the broken link issue.
WHY CAN'T I SIGN UP?
Currently, Fronto is available only for the US users. To be specific, Fronto doesn't support the unincorporated territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam and the Philippines. We will expand its service to other countries soon! Plus, if you use proxy or VPN, you won't be able to sign up Fronto. Please check your internet source. Some mobile apps have VPN capacity, so you need to uninstall them before signing up Fronto.
WHY IS MY ACCOUNT LOCKED?
If you didn't follow our terms, your accounts would be locked temporarily. I know it is very tempting to abuse the system to earn more rewards, but any suspicious activity will trigger our fraud system to freeze your account. Please email at email@example.com to unlock your account again. Fronto team will take a look at your account and unlock it for you if everything is fine.
Can i have multiple fronto accounts?
No. You can have only one Fronto account. Even if you have multiple devices, you can have only one Fronto account. If you don't remember what email you used to sign up, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. I can help you!
WHY IS THE PAYPAL TRANSFER FAILING?
Did you make sure that your PayPal account is set up and verified prior to withdrawing your cash? That is the most common problem! Even though you have used Paypal for years, you might have not verified your Paypal account. Please go to Paypal.com and verified yours before making Paypal transfer on Fronto. Please send us an e-mail (email@example.com) if you need more help. For any payment failure, we will send the exact amount back into your Fronto account as soon as possible.
CAN MY FAMILY MEMBERS SHARE ONE PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately, no. Each Fronto user should have his own individual Paypal account. You can always transfer your money to others after you receive your money. Please never share Paypal account with someone else.
I CANNOT LINK MY PAYPAL TO FRONTO
If your PayPal account is already linked to another account, you will be unable to link PayPal to an additional account.
I WANT TO CHANGE MY ID/PASSWORD/EMAIL ADDRESS
You can make changes to your profile by going to ‘Settings’ → ‘My Account’ → ‘Account Info’ → ‘Edit my account info’.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
Oh, snap! We’ve had that happen before, too. Well, Fronto allows you to reset your password. Please go to ‘Settings’ → ‘My Account’ → ‘Change Password’ → ‘Forgot Password?’. Or, you can find 'Forgot Password?' in log in step. Otherwise, please send us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the e-mail address that you used to sign up with and we can help you to reset your password.
HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?
In the Fronto app, go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Account Info’ → ‘Delete Account’. Please note that all the information (profile, accumulated cash, cash out requests, etc.) will be erased as soon as you delete your account.
WHAT IF I DON’T WANT TO disable fronto lock screen?
Please go to ‘Setting’ in the Fronto app and uncheck ‘Run Fronto on lockscreen’ box.
